What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?: Both give you the same access, the Nutrient Replication Calculator and Feeding Scheduler. Monthly renews every month at $50; yearly renews once a year at $500, which works out to $100 less than paying monthly all year.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes, for Monthly and Yearly. Cancelling stops future renewals immediately, but your access continues through the period you've already paid for. There are no refunds for partial periods.
How do I switch between monthly and yearly?: Subscribe on the interval you want from this page. The new subscription replaces the old one: we cancel your previous plan as soon as the new one is set up, so you're never billed for both. Your new billing period starts the day you switch, and the remainder of the period you already paid for isn't refunded or prorated.
How does the Custom Hydro affiliate discount work?: Buy your inputs through our Custom Hydro links. Once your purchase is confirmed, if you have a monthly subscription your next renewal drops to $45. You also have a 30 day window to switch to a yearly plan for $475, which is 5% off the $500 yearly price. After the 30 day window the yearly price goes back to $500 and monthly renewals go back to $50, unless another confirmed Custom Hydro purchase opens a new window. Single month purchases stay $50 and are never discounted.
Does Single month renew?: No. It's a one-time $50 charge for 30 days of access. No card is kept on file, and nothing renews or charges again automatically. To keep going after 30 days, come back and buy another month (or switch to Monthly/Yearly).
What happens to my saved data after a single month ends?: Your saved formulations, feeding schedules and feeding regimens stay in our database for 30 days after access ends, in case you come back. If you haven't signed up for a subscription or purchased another month by then, they're deleted.
Accuracy: This tool estimates a recipe from the nutrient percentages and dosage rates you enter. Results are a practical replication target, not a certified lab analysis or guarantee of the same EC or ppm as a commercial product or manufacturer chart. Guaranteed analysis labels themselves have a small margin of error allowed. Salt grade, water, temperature and meter calibration all affect the final mix. Always double check amounts before mixing, incorrect doses can harm plants.
